This after school snack will soon become a favorite and not spoil dinner!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups lite popped popcorn
- 1 cup fat-free mini pretzels
- 1/2 cup lightly salted dry roasted peanuts
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

- Large mixing bowls
- Measuring cups
- Measuring spoon
- Microwave-safe bowl (small)
- Oven Mitt
- Spatula
- Spoon
- Whisk
- Preheat oven to 350*F. Lightly spray a medium baking pan with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
- Adult help: Place honey* and butter in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 30-60 seconds, whisk every 30 seconds until butter is completely melted. With Measuring Cups, portion out popcorn, pretzels and peanuts placing them in a large mixing bowl. Carefully pour warm honey mixture over popcorn stirring with Spoon until well coated.
- Adult help: Bake 8 minutes, stirring at 4 minutes using Spatula. Using an oven mitt remove pan from oven and allow to stand at room temperature about 10 minutes to cool. Enjoy immediately or store tightly covered.
Notes:
Helping Tip: Lightly spray the 1/3 Measuring Cup with vegetable spray before pouring in *honey. This will help the sticky substance release easier from the cup using the Spoon.
